Refund policy

Thanks for ordering with us. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t feel good, please let us know. We’ll try solve it up!


1-Damaged product received/wrong size received/wrong item received:-

We will give you a free exchange
Please reach us at newnorthofficial@gmail.com within 72 hours and we’ll raise a pickup request
Once the product reaches us back our team of experts will inspect the product and give you store credits/ship your new product/s.

2-Don't like the product/size/others

We will charge a nominal fee(depending on the number of articles and their weight). You have to prepay these charges.
Please reach us at newnorthofficial@gmail.com within 72 hours . Our team will share a payment link with you, Once you pay the exchange charges we will initiate the pickup request.
Once the product reaches us back our team of experts will inspect the product and give you store credits/ship your new product/s.

In case of an exchange the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹50 to ₹100

3-Refund/Exchange duration

If you want to cancel the order within 24 hrs, We will refund the whole amount within next 24 hrs.

Refund/Exchange duration is 1-2 days after receiving the product at our warehouse as per our Terms & conditions related to Refund & Exchange policy.

4-Refund Mode

Amount will be refunded directly to the customer's Bank account via internet banking Or UPI.


Eligibility criteria:-
1) The product should be in the right condition with tags intact.
2) You should have the invoice for the product.
3) We will not accept exchange requests after 72 hours.
